Our products require a specific lead time, as each windscreen is made to order and custom-made in our workshop in France.

On average, please allow approximately 20 days for manufacturing and delivery. This lead time may occasionally be a little longer during certain periods (summer holidays, Christmas period, etc.).

We can also adjust the size of your windscreen: upon simple request, it can be re-cut to achieve the desired height.

SECDEM – BULLSTER windscreens and accessories are manufactured entirely in-house: from development on the motorcycle through to cutting, soft moulding and manual hot bending.

Fitting kits, packaging and paintwork are carefully prepared to ensure correct installation.

All windscreens are made from PMMA (plexiglass), a material that is highly resistant to UV, scratches and solvents. The quality of the PMMA used ensures optimal clarity, with no diffraction or visual distortion.

The material is worked progressively, under human supervision, in order to preserve its optical properties as much as possible.

SECDEM – BULLSTER windscreens and accessories are approved and allow you to ride in complete safety.

Care and cleaning

To keep your windscreen in good condition and maintain perfect visibility, regular cleaning is recommended. It is important never to clean it dry, as this risks causing irreversible damage.

We simply recommend using soapy water and a soft cloth (cotton or scratch-resistant microfibre).

I want to replace my OEM windscreen with a SECDEM one: is the mounting kit included?

Our windscreens fit in place of the OEM windscreen and generally use the OEM mountings. For certain models, a specific kit may be required: in this case, it is supplied with the windscreen.

I would like to return my windscreen as it does not suit me: how do I proceed?

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for the SECDEM brand, as these windscreens are made to order and custom-made by our partner.

How do I choose a windscreen for my motorcycle?

In general, there are 3 sizes available:

• Standard: equivalent to the OEM windscreen
• Racing: shorter than OEM
• High-protection: taller than OEM (often +10 cm, sometimes more)

We mainly offer high-protection windscreens, ideal for improving riding comfort.

Can you see through an opaque or satin-finish black windscreen?

Please note: with an opaque or satin-finish windscreen, it is not possible to see through it. This can be problematic, particularly with a high-protection windscreen — it is best to take this into account before purchasing.

How do I fit my new windscreen?

It is very straightforward: remove the old windscreen, then fit the new one in its place using the OEM mountings. A fitting guide is included so that installation can be carried out easily and with confidence.
