Price
Products are purchased in exchange for payment by the buyer of the price in euros (excluding processing and shipping fees). The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are recorded. Products remain the property of the Company until payment has been received by the Company. The prices shown include French VAT applicable as of 30/04/2000. The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy; photos are non-contractual. Despite all our precautions, should any errors occur, we cannot under any circumstances be held liable on that basis. Except in the case of a warranty claim, no transaction between SECDEM / BULLSTER and its customers may give rise to a complaint. Offers on the website are valid for as long as they remain online.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer on the order form. For any delivery anomaly, the shipping note must be properly signed with clear and detailed reservations. E.g.: "parcel opened, one windscreen missing, …." In the absence of reservations notified to the carrier by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt within two days of receipt, the Products delivered will be deemed to conform in quantity and quality to the order. For all shipments: Orders are dispatched every day from Monday to Friday. The manufacturing lead time is approximately 3 weeks. The delivery lead time is approximately 48 hours for mainland France. For payments by cheque, the order is dispatched upon receipt of payment in full (retention of title, Act No. 80.335 of 12/05/80). These lead times apply to working days, excluding postal routing issues and subject to product availability. SECDEM / BULLSTER is not responsible for postal delivery times. The lead times indicated are those typically observed. This information is provided as a guide only and is not contractually binding. Delivery to the address of your choice. If you wish to be delivered to a different address, simply indicate it on your order form.
Payment
At the time of ordering, payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cheque for France. For all other countries, payment by credit card or bank transfer only.
Warranties
The Company warrants the buyer against latent defects that may affect the delivered Products solely through replacement of the defective Products or of the components rendering them unfit for use, and may not be considered by the buyer as liable for any potentially harmful consequences that such latent defects may have caused. The buyer must notify any warranty claim by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the Products. SECDEM reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim or the return of items in the event of misuse of the product or modification of the product by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has seven clear days from delivery of their order to return the product at their own expense to SECDEM / BULLSTER. The product, which must be returned together with a copy of the invoice, will be refunded. Except in the case of a defective product, the returned product must not have sustained any damage: the product must be complete, in its sealed plastic bag, and in good condition.
Intellectual Property
The Company is also authorised to use the trademarks of the Products. Any use of these trademarks by the buyer must first be authorised by the Company, which will validate that any graphic reproductions of the trademarks conform to the registered models.
